The Company Law Review Group is a statutory advisory expert body charged with advising the Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Innovation on the review and development of company law in Ireland. The Review Group was accorded statutory advisory status by Part 7 of the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001 and operates on a two-yearly work-programme.

Soft Copy of Companies Bill published 30 May 2011
A "soft copy" representing the constituent Parts of “Pillar A” has been published and can be accessed here.
The overall drafting of a Companies Consolidation and Reform Bill is expected to be completed in 2012.
