However, if there are reasons why a submission or other communication should be confidential we will respect the wishes of the party making that submission or communication, subject to application of the Freedom of Information Act 1997.

The goal of the Company Law Review Group is that Ireland should have an efficient world-class company law infrastructure. To that end, the Review Group seeks to promote enterprise, facilitate commerce and encourage commercial probity.
