Secretariat The Company Law Review Section of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment serves as secretariat to the Review Group. The main tasks of the Company Law Review Section are: to translate the recommendations in the Review Group's reports into legislative proposals and to progress these to enactment; and to expedite the work programme of the Group and to produce, every second year, the report which results from the work programme. Currently, the work in hand is to produce legislative proposals to give effect to the recommendations in the First Report and Second Report of the Review Group and to advance the work programme 2004 / 2005.
