Welcome to the Company Law Review Group

The Company Law Review Group is a statutory advisory expert body charged with advising the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment on the review and development of company law in Ireland.  It was accorded statutory advisory status by the Company Law Enforcement Act 2001, which continues under Section 958 of the Companies Act 2014. 

The Review Group operates on a two-yearly work-programme, which may be supplemented from time to time by specific mandates.
