to the Company Law Review Group
The Company Law Review Group is a statutory advisory expert body
charged with advising the Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment
on the review and development of company law in Ireland. The Review
Group was accorded statutory advisory status by Part 7 of the Company
Law Enforcement Act 2001 and operates on a two-yearly cycle.

General Scheme of the New Companies Bill.
The General
Scheme of the New Companies Bill is now available to view online.
The General Scheme of Bill contains
legislative proposals emergent from the Department of Enterprise,
Trade and Employment to reform and consolidate all existing companies
legislation in a single companies code.
The CLRG's Report on the General Scheme is also available to view online

The CLRG Company Law Statute Book is
now available online.
Our new online database contains the
Companies Acts 1963-2001 and secondary legislation as enacted.
Each section of legislation features
information specific to that section ranging from Oireachtas Debates,
Explanatory Memoranda, Briefing Notes to the Minister of the day
and Cross References to amending legislation.
